Join the College of Architecture and Design and the School of Music for a public performance and lecture by Paul D. Miller a.k.a. DJ Spooky, a composer, multimedia artist and writer. Miller’s work immerses audiences in a blend of genres, global culture, and environmental and social issues. His written work has been published by The Village Voice, The Source, and Artforum, among others, and has appeared in galleries and museums internationally. The Maryville College Division of Fine Arts will present Trillium, an ensemble of strings and piano. The concert is free and open to the public. The members of the trio are: Alison Maerker Garner, violin; Alicia Randisi-Hooker, cello and adjunct faculty at Maryville College; and Robert Bonham, piano and professor emeritus at Maryville College.

This performance led by Music Director Aram Demirjian feautres Mozart Piano Concerto No. 9, "Jeunehomme," performed by Chih-Lohn Hu, piano. It is surrounded by Elgar's Serenade for Strings and Tchaikovsky's "Souvenir de Florence."
