| Do I need to pay a deposit? Yes--we ask that along with the signed contract, you send a $75 deposit. This reserves your date and time. The balance is due on or before the day of the service. |
| What if I want a song that isn't
on your list?
We will be happy to accomodate any special requests when possible. You can either order the music in trio-ready form, or we can order it and invoice you (cost will be added to your balance). If any arrangement is necessary, there will be a $20 arrangement fee. |
| Are there any travel fees?
Yes. For locations 20+ miles or 25+ minutes away from the trio address (West Knoxville, I-140/Northshore area), a $2/mile fee will be added to the balance. |
| Do you require any special setup
for outdoor ceremonies? Yes. Because of the nature and cost of our instruments, we require protection from direct sunlight, as well as any precipitation. Many chair rental businesses also offer tents, and large gazebos also work well. |
| Will you attend my rehearsal?
Since we have years of experience in this profession and also because of our work schedules, we do not attend wedding rehearsals. All music and timing questions will be addressed before the ceremony via email or telephone. Personal appointments can also be arranged. |
