| Can I choose my own music? Of course! You may consult with us as much as you like to determine your selections. You can also find great ideas on YouTube. |

| What if I want a song that isn't in your normal repertoire? We will be happy to accomodate any special requests when possible as long as we're given 4 weeks' notice. You can either order the music in trio-ready form, or we can order it and invoice you (cost will be added to your balance). If any arrangement is necessary, there will be a $20 arrangement fee. |

| Do you require any special setup
for outdoor ceremonies? Yes. Because of the nature of our instruments, we require protection from direct sunlight, as well as any precipitation. Many chair rental businesses offer tents and large gazebos also work well. Also, we cannot perform outside if the temperature is below 65 or above 90 degrees. |

| Will you attend my rehearsal?
Because of our years of experience in this profession and also because of our work schedules, we do not attend wedding rehearsals. All music and timing questions will be addressed before the ceremony via email or telephone. Personal appointments can also be arranged. |

| Are there any travel fees? Yes. For locations 20+ miles away from the trio address (West Hills area, Knoxville), a $1/minute estimated travel time will be added to the balance. Also, some locations have set amounts (Tellico Yacht Club, places in Gatlinburg, etc.). |
